It started in a busy kitchen, on a Friday night, with orders stacking up, a schedule scribbled on paper and a stock count that never quite added up. We asked a simple question: what if one system understood a restaurant the way the people inside it do — the rush, the margins, the team that makes it all happen? Boston CMS is our answer. Every screen was shaped beside real cooks, servers and managers, tested in real service, and rebuilt until it felt effortless. From a single restaurant to a whole chain, it brings the till, the kitchen, the stock, the schedule, the pay and the numbers into one calm place — so owners can lead, managers can plan, and every team member can do their best work. We believe great software should feel like the best colleague you ever had: always ready, never in the way. This is only the beginning.
